3. HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCT?

In every product listing you may find tips and suggestions on how to take care of your product. If you need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

4. DO I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No, you may make a purchase without subscribing.

5. WHY SHOULD I SIGN IN?

Not only will this make your checkout process speedier, you’ll also benefit from the following:

When you sign in and register with our site for the first time you can create your account page which details your contact, communication, delivery and payment information. Once entered, your details will be securely stored so you don’t have to enter them again when you make your next order.

6. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTY CHARGES?

If you're ordering products to be delivered outside of the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs laws for the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply outside the EU. The person receiving the goods, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure that they're aware that they'll need to cover this before you order. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we can't offer assistance on these processes. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering products to be delivered there. You (or the recipient of the products, if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Before placing an order, it's your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect your goods. If your order gets stuck in customs, the recipient needs to contact their local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Marblellous cannot do this on your behalf.

8. CAN YOU DELIVER TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Your delivery address does not have to match your billing address; you can choose where you’d like to have you order delivered i.e. home, work, or a family member’s address.

9. I’M HAVING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

10. AS I KNOW, MARBLE IS PRETTY HEAVY. AREN’T THE PRODUCTS HEAVY?

No, the products are not specifically heavy. They are not heavier than many products of our everyday use. But to be precise, you may find the exact weight of every product on its description.

11. I RECEIVED MY PRODUCT AND IT IS NOT EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE PICTURE OF THE LISTING?

Marble is a natural product and therefore it is subject to variations in veining, tonality and structure. Every piece of marble is 100% unique and you may never find an identical piece. That is why the item you hold in your hands is considered one of a kind.

12. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

All Marblellous products are handmade and are considered one of a kind. We do not maintain a large stock quantity, since our products are custom made.

Though, in every product listing you may find the approximate dispatch time of your item.

13. I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A PURCHASE AS A GIFT. CAN I HAVE IT GIFT WRAPPED?

For us, packaging is as important as our product. Every product you purchase is gently packed in an elegant box and will arrive to you wrapped as a gift.
